Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs and challenges, which will inform the creation of effective treatment plans.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions utilizing a range of psychological modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant evidence-based practices.

• Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals, strategically monitoring and adjusting treatment plans based on their progress and feedback.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to ensure accessibility for clients who may face transportation or pandemic-related barriers.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and records in compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards, ensuring the utmost professionalism in client care.

• Participate in regular peer consults and supervision to enhance clinical skills, share best practices, and cultivate a supportive professional network.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health clinician, you will work with a diverse client population encompassing a range of ages, backgrounds, and mental health concerns. Your clients may include individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A relevant Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients to enhance the therapeutic alliance.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client interactions.
