Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ emotional, social, and environmental factors affecting their mental health.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in client-centered care, taking into account specific needs, goals, and available support systems.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, leading psychoeducation classes that empower clients and their families to cope with grief, loss, and adjustment challenges.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals including psychiatrists, psychologists, and medical staff to ensure holistic and coordinated care.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary, establishing safety plans to ensure clients' well-being.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation consistent with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with hospice regulations and policies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
