Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapeutic support and counseling that addresses the unique needs of each client.

• Respond promptly to crisis situations by conducting assessments and providing appropriate interventions to stabilize clients in distress.

• Document client interactions accurately, ensuring that all records, progress notes, and treatment plans comply with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate in multidisciplinary team meetings to design and implement cohesive treatment plans alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and various allied health professionals.

• Educate clients on coping mechanisms, communication skills, and self-care practices to enhance their personal growth and mental well-being.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives to foster relationships with local organizations and enhance the support network available to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work primarily with adults and adolescents facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional disturbances.
