Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs, strengths, and areas of concern, utilizing various assessment tools to gather relevant information.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving therapeutic goals, ensuring they align with the specific needs and preferences of clients.

• Provide individual therapy through evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant approaches, to facilitate personal growth.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals and regularly monitor client progress, adapting treatment approaches based on feedback and outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face barriers to traditional in-person meetings, while utilizing secure platforms for confidentiality.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to uphold ethical standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training, enhancing your skills and knowledge in mental health counseling practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting a diverse population of clients, each facing unique challenges related to their mental health. You will help individuals struggling with various issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LSW, etc.).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect meaningfully with clients.

• A strong sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients.

• Strong organizational skills and an excellent ability to manage time effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applications from candidates across varying levels of experience, those with prior clinical experience in mental health settings, especially in community health clinics, will find their expertise particularly valuable. Experience in utilizing teletherapy platforms and tools will also enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
