Key Responsibilities\n

• Coordinate comprehensive mental health services in collaboration with case managers, medical personnel, and families to ensure cohesive care.

• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings and trainings to contribute to professional development and team culture.

• Develop and implement individualized, culturally sensitive treatment plans that account for developmental stages and unique family dynamics.

• Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose and assess mental health conditions, followed by the creation of tailored treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, including ongoing assessment updates and treatment plan reviews, in compliance with organizational policies.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions to empower clients to set and achieve their personal and professional goals.

• Prepare and submit session notes and other required documentation to ensure compliance with company guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university is required.

• Annual salary range between USD 80,000 – 122,000 based on experience and qualifications.
