Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) $62 K-80K/yr

• Starting Salary range: $62,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.

We will rely on your expertise to:

• Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement a treatment plan.
• Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit individual documentation per company guidelines.
• Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week for Full-Time status.
• Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields.
• Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with diverse clients and demonstrating stable boundaries.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Additionally Valuable Qualifications:

• Experience in mental health practice.
• Insurance network credentials.
• Multilingual or bilingual proficiency.
• Specialty area of practice.
