This position offers a flexible work setting where the core operations are primarily remote, allowing for a balanced approach to your professional and personal life. Hours will typically be Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine the needs and goals of clients, developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of evidence-based approaches.

• Implement therapeutic interventions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other recognized techniques tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation compliant with HIPAA standards and regulatory guidelines, ensuring the highest level of client privacy and care.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to enhance the quality of care provided.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer reviews, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the team.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, potential treatment options, and available community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse range of clients, including individuals grappling with mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Your expertise will help guide clients through their struggles and empower them with coping strategies and resilience. We prioritize a culturally sensitive approach, understanding the unique experiences and backgrounds of our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, ensuring you are equipped to practice in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Integrated Multicultural Counseling, LLC, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
