Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and develop customized treatment plans that meet their unique circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing various modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other recognized practices.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, earning trust through a culturally responsive approach that respects the diverse backgrounds of clients.

• Facilitate support and psychoeducational groups aimed at fostering community and addressing prevalent mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and trauma.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated care.

• Offer crisis intervention services, providing immediate support and strategies during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions, therapeutic options, and accessible community resources to empower them in managing their health.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in line with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance and integrity in our service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and valid licensure as a LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas, with the ability to practice independently.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with a high degree of computer literacy for efficient documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually.
