Job Description
Our client is a leading global manufacturer of packaging and processing capital equipment. They’re seeking a Director of Sales, Key Accounts to lead the team responsible for developing and growing major customer relationships across the protein and dairy markets.
\n \nWhat You’ll Be Doing:
\n- \n
- Managing $100MM+ book of business \n
- Leading a team of 5 sales representatives \n
- Developing & executing business strategies, sales/marketing operating budgets, and sales forecasting/performance goals \n
What We’re Looking For:
\n- \n
- Prior people management experience, ideally over key accounts teams \n
- Experience selling capital equipment in the food industry \n
- Background calling on protein or dairy processors \n
