WE’RE HIRING – DIRECTOR OF SALES | ARCHITECTURAL SIGNAGE
\nRemote – USA
\nWest Coast / Southwest preferred, but open to exceptional candidates nationwide
\n$150K–$170K Base + Commission + Benefits
\n \nWe’re partnering with an established business within the custom architectural signage industry to recruit a proven Director of Sales who can drive new business, grow key accounts and lead a high-performing sales team.
\nThis is a senior commercial role for someone who understands the signage market, knows how to build long-term client relationships and can combine hands-on business development with strategic sales leadership .
\n \nThe Role
\n✅ Drive new business across custom architectural signage projects
\n✅ Develop and grow existing client accounts
\n✅ Lead, mentor and support the wider sales team
\n✅ Build and execute sales strategies alongside the VP and Senior Leadership Team
\n✅ Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and commercial growth plans
\n✅ Identify new markets, opportunities and strategic accounts
\n✅ Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and industry partners
\n✅ Monitor pipeline activity, sales performance and business goals
\n✅ Work cross-functionally with estimating, project management, operations and leadership teams
\n \nWe’re looking for someone with:
\nStrong experience within the architectural signage / custom signage industry
\nA proven track record of winning and growing high-value accounts
\nExperience leading and developing sales professionals
\nStrong strategic sales, forecasting and pipeline management capabilities
\nThe ability to build relationships at senior and executive level
\nA commercial mindset with a balance of new business development and account growth
\nExperience selling complex, project-led signage solutions
