Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients utilizing telehealth platforms, building rapport and positive therapeutic alliances to guide them through their mental health journeys.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, discuss treatment objectives, and evaluate the need for discharge or continued support.
\n
• Develop, implement, and tailor individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique circumstances and aspirations.
\n
• Document all assessments and progress notes meticulously and in real-time, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and best practices.
\n
• Administer comprehensive intake assessments to determine appropriate levels of care and treatment strategies.
\n
• Participate in individual supervision and collaborative case reviews, sharing insights and learning from your peers to enhance your clinical practice.

• Coordinate with other healthcare providers to create a holistic treatment approach, ensuring continuity of care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials in Arizona.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating proficiency in delivering direct psychotherapy services.

• Proficient in using telehealth technology and comfortable navigating computer systems such as spreadsheets, RMS systems, and email applications.

• Experience conducting intake assessments with a focus on person-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Evolve Wellness Center, we believe in recognizing and rewarding our clinicians. The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a fee-for-service model that guarantees payment ahead of collections, minimizing financial stress on our clinicians. Our benefits package includes:
