Key Responsibilities\n

The LPC will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at providing high-quality mental health care:

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, building trusting relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, discuss treatment strategies, and determine appropriate timelines for discharge when necessary.

• Develop comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, and monitor their implementation to ensure effectiveness.

• Document clinical progress through timely and accurate record-keeping, including progress notes and treatment assessments.

• Conduct intake assessments for new clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their mental health history and current concerns.

• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions as part of the therapeutic process.

• Engage in individual supervision to continually enhance clinical skills and professional growth.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare providers to coordinate care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful candidate will primarily work with a youth-focused demographic, providing guidance and support for young clients facing a range of mental health challenges. This includes assessing and addressing behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse concerns. Our telehealth model facilitates reach to clients who may otherwise face barriers to accessing care, ensuring that compassionate options are available for all.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• Demonstrated ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements for relevant clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Experience in conducting assessments, diagnosis, and providing both individual and group therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of one year of experience is required, applicants with additional certifications, training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, or a deeper focus on working with youth populations will be prioritized.

Compensation and Benefits\n
