Key Responsibilities\n

In this role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a comprehensive caseload of clients, building rapport and nurturing professional therapeutic relationships while upholding ethical standards and boundaries.

• Conducting regular client meetings to assess progress, discuss stability, and plan upcoming appointments, including timely discharges when appropriate.

• Designing, implementing, and monitoring individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client documentation and progress notes as part of our commitment to quality and accountability.
\n
• Conducting intake assessments for new clients to determine their needs and create initial treatment plans.
\n
• Facilitating individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address mental health challenges.

• Engaging in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on providing mental health services to a diverse range of youth clients. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in mental health or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
