Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to formulate individualized treatment strategies based on their unique needs and challenges.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, as well as provide counseling for families and couples, ensuring a supportive environment that fosters open communication and understanding.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in client records.

• Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health research and clinical practices by participating in workshops and professional development opportunities.

• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to coordinate care initiatives and enhance the overall client experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health care. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and often present with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Your ability to connect with clients from various walks of life and tailor your approach to their specific situations will be key to their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $70,000 and $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
