Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing and updating these plans as appropriate.

• Deliver evidence-based therapies, including individual therapy, family sessions, and group therapy, based on best practices and tailored to specific client scenarios.

• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment approaches to meet evolving client needs and responding promptly to crisis situations when necessary.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring proper documentation of all interactions and treatment plans.

• Engage in continuous collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, contributing insights and strategies to enhance comprehensive client care.

• Stay abreast of advancements in mental health treatment by participating in professional development activities, including workshops, training, and peer supervision.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is mandatory.

• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostics skills with the ability to formulate appropriate interventions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working remotely or in a digital therapeutic environment is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, paired with bonus opportunities.
