Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for a range of impactful tasks, including:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments to evaluate each client's emotional, behavioral, and psychological state. This includes utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews to gather comprehensive data.

• Developing personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs, diagnoses, and goals of each client. You will collaborate with clients to set achievable and meaningful objectives for their therapy journey.

• Performing therapeutic counseling for individuals, couples, families, and groups by using evidence-based practices. This may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other relevant modalities.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
