Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health, relationship dynamics, and emotional challenges upon intake.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs, employing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing clients with coping strategies and tools to manage stress, anxiety, and other concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at A Lot Of Healing, Ltd., you will serve a diverse clientele, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families, each presenting a variety of complex psychological and emotional issues. You will work closely with clients experiencing relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. The goal is to empower these individuals and families to navigate their challenges effectively and foster healthier relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active LMFT license issued by the state of California.
