Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, establish clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively create personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate and appropriate actions are taken to ensure safety.

• Document client progress diligently, maintaining confidential records, treatment plans, and progress notes that comply with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams composed of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to facilitate a holistic approach to client care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, discuss treatment options, and guide them to available resources in the community.

Qualifications\n
