This position is offered in a remote setting, specifically designed for working within a school facility. You will have the flexibility to schedule your work hours to optimize availability for clients, including evenings and some weekends as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather essential information about clients' mental health histories, including their strengths, concerns, and available resources.

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client utilizing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with specific client goals, reviewing and updating them regularly to reflect progress and emerging needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and school staff, to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to client care.

• Offer crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans when necessary to safeguard the well-being of clients.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups to foster community and peer support among clients.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment strategies in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

In this role, you will primarily work with children, adolescents, and their families, addressing a diverse range of mental health challenges prevalent in school settings. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
