Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Possess an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree.

• A Bachelor's degree is required; however, candidates with a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field are highly preferred.

• Demonstrate proficiency in mental health counseling principles and practices, with an emphasis on addressing the unique challenges encountered within a clinical setting.

• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with diverse patients and their families.

• Familiarity with brief therapy models and evidence-based therapeutic techniques suitable for a community health clinic.
