Work Environment

This role operates in a collaborative and supportive onsite environment, dedicated to home care. Our team works primarily during regular business hours, from 9 AM to 5 PM, fostering a balance between professional responsibilities and personal well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose mental health conditions in patients of all ages.
• Provide medication management, including prescribing medications and monitoring their effectiveness, while also educating patients about their treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with primary care providers and other team members to deliver comprehensive and integrated care that addresses both physiological and psychological health needs.
• Deliver crisis intervention services and support during acute emotional distress, ensuring that patients feel safe and understood during challenging times.
• Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives, aiming to raise awareness about mental health issues and available resources.
• Offer therapeutic support through counseling and psychoeducation, helping patients navigate their mental health journeys and improving their coping strategies.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and our internal quality standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
