Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, ensuring they address clients' unique needs and situations.

• Conduct regular consultations to create pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication management strategies.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation that meets state regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as guided by the clinical team to enhance service delivery.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement effective behavior support plans for clients.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest quality of care.

• Serve as a liaison to relevant state agencies, community partners, and service systems, facilitating resource access for clients.

• Communicate openly with all stakeholders to maintain compliance with contract standards and further the agency’s mission.
\n
• Foster relationships with regional organizations to enhance program visibility and secure additional funding opportunities.

• Continue personal and professional development through attending trainings, workshops, and participating in state meetings relevant to mental health.

• Promote and embody the agency's mission, values, philosophy, and principles in all aspects of work.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMHC will provide support to a diverse patient population, which may include individuals struggling with mental health disorders, substance abuse issues, behavioral challenges, and those in need of developmental disability services. The focus will be on enhancing clients' emotional well-being and empowering them to navigate their personal journeys toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral health-related field is mandatory.

• Possession of an independent LMHC license from the state of New York is required.

• Strong skills in maintaining clinical records and composing comprehensive reports.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
