Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring the formulation of comprehensive treatment plans that are tailored to each individual.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to service individuals, groups, and families, utilizing a diverse range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, employing quick assessment techniques and intervention strategies to ensure safety and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master's degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is necessary for this position.
