Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify and understand clients' concerns, establishing accurate clinical diagnoses and forming effective treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic services through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances and treatment goals.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, utilizing efficient techniques to de-escalate situations and connect them with necessary resources.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, ensuring all documentation—including treatment plans and progress notes—aligns with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

• Engage in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure all-encompassing care tailored to the needs of each client.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, possible treatment paths, and available community resources, while actively advocating for their rights and needs.

• Commit to ongoing professional development, participating in workshops, training, and conferences to remain current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist— such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of two years of related experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
