Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities and identify areas of dysfunction stemming from medical issues, injuries, or chronic conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluative findings, ensuring they align with the patient's medical history, age, and specific health conditions.
• Document all patient interactions and progress meticulously in accordance with regulatory, licensing, and accrediting standards, facilitating continuity of care within our team.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families about treatment protocols and progress, offering education and support to maximize engagement and compliance.
• Assist with the administrative aspects of patient scheduling and billing, ensuring accuracy in recording daily charges and maintaining organized patient records.
• Supervise and mentor support staff as they assist during therapy sessions, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Maintain therapy equipment and workspaces, ensuring they are clean, safe, and fully functional at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve patients undergoing rehabilitation for orthopedic and sports-related injuries, as well as those suffering from musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current California State licensure to practice physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
