Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct and document therapy sessions in accordance with established policies regarding medical records, ensuring patient confidentiality at all times.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary, addressing acute psychological needs with sensitivity and expert care.

• Diagnose and evaluate mental and emotional disorders, administering tailored programs of treatment to meet the varying needs of our clients.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development through attending training sessions, workshops, and clinician meetings to stay updated on therapeutic methodologies.

• Deliver a diverse range of therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to, family therapy, individual counseling, psychological evaluations, and group therapy settings.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance the therapeutic experience, sharing insights and strategies for diverse therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• Current Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification in Washington State.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the marriage and family therapy field.

• Strong skills in planning and executing psychological interventions for a diverse range of mental health problems.

• Demonstrated compassion and empathy, with a strong ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in conducting bariatric psychological evaluations is a plus.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and methodologies, including family systems therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
