Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to gain a thorough understanding of clients' mental health concerns, fostering the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), adjusting approaches based on client feedback.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their progress throughout treatment, ensuring they feel supported and understood.

• Provide teletherapy options for those who prefer virtual visits or face obstacles in accessing traditional in-person settings, thus enhancing treatment engagement and attendance.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation to adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring each client's records reflect their treatment journey.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, such as workshops and training, to refine your clinical skills and stay current with evolving practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves adolescents and young adults, who often face unique mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Your expertise will guide them through critical life transitions, equipping them with coping strategies and emotional support.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Hold an active state license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD.
\n
• Exhibit advanced proficiency in utilizing technology, including Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHR), for effective management of client information.

• Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, which are essential for building rapport with clients and documenting their progress accurately.

• Maintain a neat and professional appearance during virtual sessions and possess a private, secure workspace to ensure patient confidentiality.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse populations.

• Experience working in a telehealth environment, successfully adapting traditional practices to virtual platforms.
