Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine appropriate and individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions, and where appropriate, engage in family, marriage, or group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities that align with the therapist’s expertise.

• Administer mental health screenings to evaluate treatment requirements and provide ongoing support throughout the therapeutic process.

• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, documenting assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for each client.

• Engage in professional development opportunities to stay informed about current trends and practices in mental health counseling.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support program objectives and client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will work effectively with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults managing co-occurring disorders and mental health diagnoses. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related mental health field, leading to licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A current, valid license to practice in Oregon.

Preferred Experience\n
