Work Environment

The role is based in the home care setting, which entails visiting patients in their residences throughout Cape Coral and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the physical therapy needs of each patient in their home environment.

• Monitor patient progress by tracking treatments, documenting responses, and adapting plans as required to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Provide education and training to patients and their families about injury prevention, exercise techniques, and the appropriate use of assistive devices.
• Collaborate with other health care professionals to create a holistic care approach, ensuring a coordinated effort in the treatment plan.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
