Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children and families in early intervention programs.

• Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to each child's unique circumstances, focusing on their developmental milestones.

• Collaborate with team members to monitor and evaluate service outcomes, ensuring that all interventions are contributing positively to child development.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment framework to recommend development strategies to families.

• Facilitate communication and build rapport with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative atmosphere conducive to learning.

• Provide ongoing support and resources for families, including training and skills to enhance their child’s development effectively.

• Adhere to all federal and state regulations, ensuring that our practices align with the highest standards of health and safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with young children (specifically babies and toddlers) who exhibit disabilities or developmental delays. Engaging with families will be at the core of your practice, and your role will entail providing emotional support and practical strategies to help children achieve their developmental milestones during the critical first three years of life.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current LCSW licensure issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license is required for potential on-site visits or meetings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
