Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele represents a broad spectrum of backgrounds and experiences, including individuals and families dealing with mental health disorders, relationship issues, life transitions, and emotional crises. As an LMFT, you will be tasked with recognizing the complexities of family dynamics and interpersonal relationships, employing an inclusive approach that respects cultural diversity and individual experiences to foster effective therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active LMFT license in the state of Maryland is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
