Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions remotely, utilizing our user-friendly online platform to enhance client engagement.

• Assess client needs, preferences, and challenges to create tailored treatment plans that align with their specific mental health goals.

• Continuously evaluate client progress throughout therapy, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in response to changes in client circumstances or new therapeutic insights.

• Maintain accurate and timely client records, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals or specialists when necessary to provide holistic care, including referrals to additional services as needed.

• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and legal requirements in the delivery of mental health services, prioritizing client confidentiality and safety above all.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client population experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Understanding and appreciating this diversity will be key in creating meaningful therapeutic relationships. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.

• Valid and active state licensure as a mental health therapist, such as:

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)

• Comfortable utilizing technology for remote sessions, including proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic record-keeping.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster a trusting relationship with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
