Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with patients. You will engage in virtual therapy sessions, offering flexibility while ensuring that your patients receive the care they need in a convenient manner. Monday to Friday work schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM allows for a structured work-life balance, although some adjustments may be necessary to accommodate patient needs and schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage actively in case conferences, team meetings, and attend cultural competency training sessions to continuously enhance professional skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and the importance of cultural competence in therapeutic practices.

• Proven experience in delivering therapy—both individual and group—using culturally responsive techniques.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with the ability to stay composed under pressure and manage challenging situations professionally.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with diverse individuals.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer applications relevant to therapy practice.

• A commitment to maintaining professional boundaries, ethical guidelines, and confidentiality in all patient interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideally, candidates should possess at least two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, with specific expertise in working with culturally diverse populations and crises. Experience with telehealth platforms and familiarity with various therapeutic techniques will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
