Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments with clients to understand their mental health needs and concerns.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique challenges faced by clients based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and groups via video conferencing, facilitating a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the Simple Practice platform, which includes progress notes and case management.

• Engage in regular supervision and consultation with colleagues to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case management, updates on organizational policies, and sharing of successful interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will work with a diverse client population, including adolescents, adults, and couples. Our patients often present with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and other emotional challenges. The therapist's ability to create a safe, trusting environment will be essential in fostering open communication and successful therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work.

• Current licensure as a mental health clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) is required.

• Strong treatment planning and mental health counseling skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting psychotherapy, particularly with teens and couples.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 110,000. In addition to competitive pay, we provide a generous compensation structure with no overhead fees from therapists. Benefits include:
