Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Design, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans with specific, measurable goals and interventions.

• Lead crisis intervention sessions, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans to address immediate client concerns.

• Document progress notes and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide psychoeducation classes to enhance community engagement and understanding of mental health.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to treatment and comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on a diverse patient population, ranging from children to adults, each navigating their unique mental health journeys. Clients may present with a variety of conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related troubles, and more. Your role will be crucial in guiding them through their recovery processes by fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• At least two years of professional experience within a mental health or outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
