Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. Utilize various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate clients' emotional growth and resilience. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide integrated care solutions. Patient Population / Client Focus As a Therapist in our center, you will work closely with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with complex mental health issues. Qualifications Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.
