Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients, using evidence-based screening tools to evaluate mental health challenges and create personalized treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that address clients' specific needs, including trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other modalities tailored to each individual's situation.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based practices to promote healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n
