Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments, which encompass psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to understand the patient’s needs comprehensively.

• Collaborate effectively with patients to formulate individualized treatment plans that align with their specific goals and cultural backgrounds.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), in various settings such as individual, couples, families, and groups.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, partnering with healthcare providers to ensure seamless continuity of care for patients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, such as progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic policies and compliance regulations.

• Offer psychoeducation to patients and families, empowering them with knowledge and skills related to managing mental health concerns.

• Engage in regular collaborative meetings with our multidisciplinary team—comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers—to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Conduct frequent outcome assessments to evaluate and refine treatment effectiveness, ensuring patients receive the optimal level of care.

• Stay abreast of the latest research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health to integrate new insights into your clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
