Position Specific Summary - The Division of Safety & Operations is looking for student employees for the fall semester 2026 in Key Depot. The Facilities Services Assistant (FSA) position requires individuals to assist with the daily operations of the Facilities Central office in the Division of Safety and Operations specifically related to the Key Depot and Customer Service sections. Duties include, but are not limited to, staffing the Key Depot front desk and the Customer Service phone lines, answering Key Depot and Facilities Central customer service related inquiries, handling residential loaner keys and lock outs, conducting computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) database entry, delivering small materials, residential tap reader battery changes and other tasks as assigned.

Standard Position Description - The student will assist with the administrative, maintenance, and customer service functions for university spaces and buildings. Tasks may include: assisting visitors, students, and staff with access to university spaces, maintenance of buildings, coordinating and answering customer service requests. Special projects or other duties may be assigned related to specific departmental.
