Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique mental health needs.

• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychologists, social workers, and healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Valid and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, depending on your experience and caseload availability.
