Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions tailored to clients who face a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Conduct thorough assessments and intakes to understand clients' psychological needs, utilizing evidence-based approaches to create personalized treatment plans.

• Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling to clients and their families, equipping them with coping mechanisms and tools to navigate their mental health journeys.

In this role, you will serve a diverse patient population, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and age groups. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is essential for this position.

• Possession of an Independent LPC license issued by the state board is a prerequisite for practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, which reflects your expertise and contributions to our mission.
