Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Maintain accurate and timely records, including clinical notes and treatment progress, adhering to best practices and ethical standards in documentation.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration, working alongside a team of psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff to deliver integrated mental health services.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary, assessing emotional and behavioral challenges, and devising immediate and effective responses to complex situations.

• Actively involve family members or support systems in the treatment process, facilitating communication regarding discharge plans and ongoing treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and active state license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent) allowing you to practice independently.

• Minimum of three years of experience in an outpatient setting, equipped with a strong understanding of therapeutic modalities and interventions.

• Proficiency in technology, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems, Microsoft Office, and effective communication tools for remote service delivery.

• Self-directed, highly organized, and capable of working independently while effectively managing a dynamic caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

While the core requirements are essential, candidates with additional certifications in specialized therapeutic practices such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care will be highly considered.
