This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home or any location of your choice. Our organizational structure supports a collaborative environment, with a full-time Admissions and Assessment team dedicated to assisting clinicians. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic services through virtual sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the needs of adolescents and young adults.

• Participate in scheduled group therapy sessions, maintaining a maximum of eight clients per group to foster strong, therapeutic relationships.
\n
• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions, collaborating with clients to develop actionable treatment plans and achieving positive outcomes.
\n
• Engage in regular case discussions with fellow clinicians to share insights, enhance treatment strategies, and foster professional development.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) for all sessions, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards and organizational protocols.

• Utilize provided tools and technologies for telehealth, ensuring a seamless experience for clients during remote sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be on young people aged 12 to 25 years who are navigating various mental health challenges. Our clientele includes those dealing with complex issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. As a licensed therapist, you will play a key role in guiding these individuals towards recovery, helping them build resilience, and fostering a sense of stability in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current licensure as an independent mental health professional (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) is required. We welcome applications from junior-licensed clinicians seeking supervision.

• Availability to commit between 12 to 40 hours per week, depending on choosing a 1099 contract or W2 employment status.
\n
• If applying for a W2 position, full-time availability (40 hours per week) with some evening and Saturday hours is required.
\n
• Proficiency in virtual therapy platforms and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with adolescent and young adult populations in a clinical setting is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with collaborative treatment strategies and interdisciplinary teamwork in mental health care delivery.

• Previous experience in telehealth services is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to develop therapeutic relationships in an online setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we provide:
