Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide culturally sensitive counseling services addressing mental health and substance abuse for individuals and groups, while also offering comprehensive case management.

• Facilitate collaborative discussions with clients, case managers, and both internal and external providers to create a seamless care experience.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques to effectively motivate clients and guide them towards achieving their personal goals.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team, which includes psychiatrists, behavioral coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers, to ensure holistic patient care.

• Participate in the development and piloting of experimental therapy techniques designed to expand our service offerings and improve client outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing training using our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model, designed specifically to enhance your effectiveness as a counselor.

• Conduct detailed psychological assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations, to determine client needs and make appropriate vocational recommendations.

• Complete necessary documentation and reporting with minimal administrative burden, allowing you to focus on client care and therapy.

Your work will primarily involve providing support to children and adolescents who may be navigating significant emotional and psychological challenges. By focusing on whole-family care, you will address not only the individual needs of the children and teens you work with but also engage their families in the therapeutic process, establishing a supportive network that fosters healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related fields is required.

• Possession of a valid Social Work License (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) as mandated by state regulations.

• A clean professional record with no history of medical malpractice claims, to be verified by a third party.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing telehealth services is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and their application in diverse therapeutic settings is preferred.

• Background in working with children and adolescents or in family therapy contexts is a plus.
