Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver ethical and compassionate mental health counseling through video chat platforms, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort.

• Conduct thorough ongoing assessments to understand clients’ needs and develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans aimed at fostering mental wellness.

• Guide clients in honing new coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and essential communication skills, which will enable them to navigate life's challenges effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on stable, low-acuity adults who seek counseling for various mental health challenges. You will engage with a diverse clientele, providing support to those navigating stress, anxiety, mild mood disorders, and other common issues faced by adults today. Your role will involve tailoring your approach based on individual assessments, enabling you to build strong therapeutic relationships that foster trust and promote healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• A current valid state license as either a LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW, allowing for independent practice without supervision.

• Demonstrable competency in interpersonal skills and computer literacy, facilitating effective remote counseling and collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on the number of hours worked and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a sign-on bonus to new hires. Employees receive weekly direct deposit and can expect an onboarding process that can be completed in as little as three days.
