This position is entirely remote, offering flexibility in work location while fostering a collaborative online environment. Employees are encouraged to utilize various digital communication platforms for team collaboration and patient interaction. The office operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some evening shifts as needed, ensuring optimal availability for our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for clients seeking treatment for substance use disorders, tailoring evaluations to ascertain their unique needs and personal goals.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

• Lead both individual counseling and group therapy sessions that encourage participation and support among patients, addressing their emotional and psychological challenges related to addiction.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, addiction medicine specialists, and a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, ensuring patients receive comprehensive support.

• Provide crisis intervention when facing substance-related emergencies, demonstrating calm and reliable support for patients in distress.

• Educate both patients and their families about addiction realities, available recovery strategies, and community resources to foster a supportive recovery environment.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, facilitating efficient care coordination.

• Engage in continuous professional development through team meetings, case consultations, and current research to enhance the treatment services provided.

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals facing challenges related to substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Expert knowledge of substance use disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated experience in providing both individual and group therapy specific to addiction treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, including opportunities for performance bonuses.
