Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the unique needs of each child.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that interventions are tailored to each child's development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role emphasizes working with young children, particularly those in their early developmental years, typically ranging from infancy to three years old. Your focus will be on those with developmental delays or disabilities, guiding them toward achieving key developmental milestones in areas such as cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Families will be your primary collaborators, with an emphasis on building trusting relationships to facilitate effective support and interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification, granted by the Department of Public Health.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
