Work Environment\n

The role is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work setting that promotes a balanced lifestyle. Our outpatient model emphasizes virtual therapy sessions, connected through advanced online therapy platforms that facilitate seamless interactions between therapists and clients. As part of our fully remote team, you can expect to work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, fostering a sense of connection and support despite geographical distances.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging and effective virtual therapy sessions, guiding clients through their mental health challenges with empathy and expertise.

• Create a welcoming and supportive virtual space for clients to openly discuss their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

• Collaborate with clients to establish and pursue meaningful personal goals, utilizing evidence-based approaches to treatment.

• Develop, implement, and continually adapt customized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client, ensuring they receive individualized care.

• Utilize clinical assessment tools and techniques to evaluate client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, each bringing their narratives and challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Applicants must possess active, independent licensure as either an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering therapy and creating individualized treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique circumstances.

• Proficient communication skills, particularly in establishing trust and ensuring engagement in virtual therapeutic settings.

• Experience with online therapy platforms is essential, demonstrating adaptability and comfort with digital tools.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling.

• Experience in working within an outpatient setting preferred, though not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
