Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and establish a comprehensive understanding of their therapeutic requirements.
• Create tailored treatment plans that address individual challenges, using a mix of psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to promote mental health and well-being.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, adapting to each client's unique circumstances.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate holistic care and provide a well-rounded support system for clients.
• Maintain complete and up-to-date client records and documentation, adhering strictly to ethical and legal guidelines regarding confidentiality and record-keeping.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or similar professional qualification.
• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred and will enhance your candidacy.
