Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and screenings to identify the mental health concerns of clients, ensuring they receive appropriate and effective treatment plans.

• Design personalized therapy interventions that address each client’s unique challenges and aspirations, adapting strategies as needed for optimal outcomes.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic sessions, both individually and in groups, employing best practices in therapeutic methodologies.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to deliver holistic and well-coordinated care for clients.

• Educate, coach, and support clients’ families throughout the therapeutic process, enhancing their understanding and involvement in the healing journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our clinic, you will primarily work with individuals and families navigating complexities in relationships, communication issues, trauma, and adjusting to life transitions. You will provide a safe space for clients of diverse backgrounds and ages, empowering them to express their emotions and develop effective coping strategies. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Training or specialization in evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary in the range of USD 120,000 – 140,000 , commensurate with experience, with a sign-on bonus of USD 3,000 .
